How to respond to an ugly comment

If you get a complaint, make sure you respond with the words, “Thank you for your feedback” and then address the issue. We often ask people to DM (Direct message) us with more details so we can take it out of the public eye. Remember, if customers don’t take the time to complain about their issue, they flat out don’t care about you and that’s not a good place to be.
